The art elements used in this drawing are line, shape, value, and form. The design elements used were contrast, movement, and proportion/scale. The intent of this drawing was to show my face in a front facing perspective. The media used in this was water colors, water, pencil, and paper. I had trouble with this artwork because the paint was either too runny or too opaque.

This is my face portrait pencil sketch. The art elements used in this were line, value, shape, and space. The design elements are contrast, emphasis and scale. The intent of the drawing was to make it look as if the face was my face. The media used in this was a graphite pencil and paper. This is my watercolor final painting. Some art elements used in this were line, value, space, form, color and texture. Pretty much all of the art elements. The design elements used in this were contrast, movement, proportion, and scale. The media used in this was cardstock paper, watercolors, pencil, and water. The intent of the drawing was to imitate some still life leaves and try your best to paint them onto paper with the color and texture as close as you can get it.
The art elements used in this drawing are line, shape, depth, and space. The design elements used are movement, rhythm, and proportion/scale. The media used in this drawing is just pencil and paper and the intent was to make it look like everything in the hallway was drifting towards the center vanishing point. |
